If you are
concerned about your daily intake of vitamins and minerals, use
the Purely Health Direct dosage tool to check whether your intake
of our products exceeds current Government advice and guidance on
safe levels of intake for long-term supplementation.
The levels referred to in the Dosage Calculator are specified by
the Expert Group on Vitamins and Minerals (EVM), an independent
advisory group set up by The Food
Standards Agency

supervision. They are not recommended intakes but amounts that people
should, on current evidence, be able to take without harm for long

It is essential that you also take note of any product specific
warnings provided in the product details of any health and safety
warnings that we provide, before deciding to commence taking a supplement.
