Goods are delivered by Royal Mail Post

All orders are despatched within 24 hours of payment being cleared

Monday – Friday before 3pm	Within 3 working days
Monday – Friday after 3pm	Within 4 working days
Weekend & bank holidays	Within 5 working days

Please note there are no deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver the goods, a card will be left advising you to contact your local post office depot within 3 weeks

Goods can be delivered to an alternative address to your billing address (for example, to allow you to take delivery at your work address)

Purely Health Direct delivers to countries in the UK only. Those countries are: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland (including the Scottish Islands) and Wales. We do not deliver to Eire.
