You will receive a full refund or replacement (your choice) if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase.
We realize how important it is that you are confident to try new products and give them the time they need to work. That’s why there is no time limit on our refunds. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Arranging a refund or replacement

Simply return your unfinished tub to us and we will do the rest. The tub should have at least one tablet or capsule left.

Complete the returns details on the back of the advice note enclosed with your order, and send the tub to Purely Health Direct (address as stated on advice note). Please note that Purely Health Direct does not pay the cost of return postage.


Christmas holidays

We will be closed for the Christmas holidays from the 21st December 2017 until the 3rd January 2018. Orders received during this period will be dispatched upon our return. Wishing you all a very merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
